My progam has become corrupted by a virus and crashes everytime it starts up. How do I reinstall it? |

1. Update your virus definitions and do a full scan of your computer.
2. Uninstall Desktop Author by going to Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs. Select "DeskTopAuthor" and click "Remove".
3. Go to your Progam Files folder (eg C:\Program files) and delete the DeskTopAuthor folder.
4. Download a fresh copy of Desktop Author from our server. If you do not have a copy, please contact support (Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of this page) and we will send you a new download link.
5. Reinstall Desktop Author. |
