How do I register? |

Please check that you have received a Certificate Product Key with your product. If not please contact us.
1. Install the program.
2. Connect to the Internet.
3. Start the Desktop Author program, you will be prompted for a Certificate Product Key (CPK). This is required for the program to work. Enter the Certificate Product Key (CPK) then press the Automatic Registration button.
4. The program will automatically register your product and you can start using it straight away. If this is not successful, you will be directed to start the manual registration process by clicking the manual registration button.
Note: if you have a firewall installed, it may block the program from contacting our registration server. Please allow the program to connect for the registration. |
